How do I personalise my LED sign?
Choose your size and personalisation type. You can upload a photo or logo, enter your own text or describe a special request. To combine an image with text, upload your file and enter the wording you would like included. Use the “Additional instructions” field to explain your preferences.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The estimated processing and delivery time is displayed on the product page or during checkout.
Ready-to-ship products can usually be dispatched sooner than personalised or made-to-order products. Custom products may require additional production time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or unusually busy periods.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@boutiqueduroutier.fr with your order number and the change you would like to make. Changes depend on how far your order has progressed and cannot be guaranteed once production has started.

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your parcel or product is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly and include:

- Photographs of any visible damage
